Riskli Yap\u0131 Tespit Raporunu Al\u0131n<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ta\u015f\u0131nma yard\u0131m\u0131 ba\u015fvurusu yapabilmek i\u00e7in ilk ad\u0131m, ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z binan\u0131n riskli yap\u0131 olarak tescillenmesidir. Bunun i\u00e7in yetkili lisansl\u0131 bir kurulu\u015f arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla riskli yap\u0131 tespiti yap\u0131lmal\u0131 ve rapor; \u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan onaylanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Gerekli Belgeleri Haz\u0131rlay\u0131n<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Riskli yap\u0131 raporu haz\u0131rland\u0131ktan sonra ba\u015fvuru i\u00e7in gerekli di\u011fer belgeler tamamlanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Kimlik fotokopisi, tapu veya kira s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi, ikametgah belgesi ve banka hesap bilgileri gibi belgeler eksiksiz \u015fekilde temin edilmelidir. Unutmay\u0131n ki eksik belge, ba\u015fvurunun reddedilmesine neden olabilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Ziraat Bankas\u0131 Hesab\u0131 Olu\u015fturun&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>E\u011fer hesab\u0131n\u0131z bulunmuyorsa ta\u015f\u0131nma yard\u0131m\u0131 almak i\u00e7in Ziraat Bankas\u0131 hesab\u0131 olu\u015fturman\u0131z gerekir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc ta\u015f\u0131nma yard\u0131mlar\u0131 Ziraat Bankas\u0131 hesaplar\u0131na yatar. Bu nedenle ba\u015fvuruda Ziraat Bankas\u0131 IBAN numaras\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steren belge sunulmal\u0131d\u0131r.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. \u0130lgili Kuruma Ba\u015fvurun<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Belgelerinizi tamamlad\u0131ktan sonra ba\u015fvurunuzu ba\u011fl\u0131 bulundu\u011funuz ilin veya il\u00e7enin \u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne \u015fahsen teslim etmeniz gerekir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ta\u015f\u0131nma yard\u0131m\u0131 ba\u015fvuru s\u00fcresi ise tahliye karar\u0131ndan sonra 1 y\u0131ld\u0131r. S\u00fcreyi ge\u00e7irmeniz durumunda ta\u015f\u0131nma yard\u0131m\u0131 hakk\u0131n\u0131z yanabilir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Ba\u015fvurunuzu Takip Edin<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ba\u015fvurunuzu teslim ettikten sonra i\u015flemin hangi a\u015famada oldu\u011funu d\u00fczenli olarak kontrol edin. Eksik belge veya ek belge talepleri olabilece\u011fi i\u00e7in cep telefonunuza veya e\u2011posta adresinize gelecek bilgilendirmeleri takip edin.
