Roma\u2019da a\u00e7\u0131lan bir fast food restoran\u0131na tepki olarak Carlo Petrini ve bir grup aktivist taraf\u0131ndan ba\u015flat\u0131lan bu hareket, \u00f6ncelikle yerel mutfak k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc ve geleneksel tarifleri korumay\u0131 ama\u00e7l\u0131yordu. B\u00f6ylece bu yakla\u015f\u0131m, slow travel ve slow fashion gibi farkl\u0131 alanlara evrilerek slow living anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 hayat\u0131m\u0131za ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yava\u015f ya\u015fam hareketinin en bilinen temsilcilerinden biri olan yazar ve konu\u015fmac\u0131 Carl Honor\u00e9, 2004\u2019te yay\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201cYava\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00d6vg\u00fcs\u00fc\u201d kitab\u0131yla bu kavram\u0131 geni\u015f kitlelere tan\u0131tt\u0131.
