Fakat hi\u00e7 merak etmeyin; mutfakta yapaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z k\u0131\u015f haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131 sayesinde yaz sebze-meyvelerini taze ve lezzetli bir \u015fekilde t\u00fcketebilirsiniz. Haydi \u015fimdi, k\u0131\u015f aylar\u0131 i\u00e7in pek \u00e7ok evde yap\u0131lan k\u0131\u015f haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131ndan baz\u0131lar\u0131na g\u00f6z atal\u0131m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Her Yeme\u011fe Laz\u0131m: K\u0131\u015fl\u0131k Domates Sosu<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A, C vitamini ve antioksidan deposu domatesin g\u00fczelle\u015ftirmedi\u011fi bir yemek d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclemez. Yaz\u0131n ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z k\u0131pk\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131, taze domatesleri biraz tuz ve zeytinya\u011f\u0131 yard\u0131m\u0131yla tatland\u0131r\u0131p kaynatt\u0131ktan sonra cam kavanozlara koyarak k\u0131\u015f\u0131n yapaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z yemekler i\u00e7in kullan\u0131ma haz\u0131r domates soslar\u0131 yaratabilirsiniz. K\u0131\u015fl\u0131k domates sosu yapmak i\u00e7in izlemeniz gereken ad\u0131mlar ise \u015fu \u015fekilde:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u00d6ncelikle kullanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z cam kavanozlar\u0131 kaynar suyun i\u00e7inde sterilize edin. Kavanoz kapaklar\u0131n\u0131 ise yeni alman\u0131z\u0131 \u00f6neririz.<\/li><li>Domatesleri g\u00fczelce y\u0131kad\u0131ktan sonra iri dilimler halinde kesin ve kapakl\u0131 bir tencereye koyun. Burada domateslerin ezik ya da \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fc\u015f olmamas\u0131 \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli.<\/li><li>Ard\u0131ndan domateslerin \u00fczerine tuz serpin, tencerenin kapa\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kapat\u0131n.
