E\u011fer \u00f6z g\u00fcven eksikli\u011finiz oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorsan\u0131z sizin de bu s\u00f6ylediklerimizin fark\u0131nda oldu\u011funuzu tahmin edebiliyoruz. Bu nedenle herhangi bir konuda \u00f6z g\u00fcveninizi art\u0131rmak i\u00e7in kendinizi ba\u015fkalar\u0131yla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmamaya ve her insan\u0131n farkl\u0131 oldu\u011funu kabul etmeye \u00f6zen g\u00f6stermelisiniz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kendinize \u0130yi Bak\u0131n<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ruh halinizi etkileyen \u015fey sadece ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z olaylar de\u011fildir. Sahip oldu\u011funuz yetene\u011fe odaklanmak ve bu yetenekten yola \u00e7\u0131karak ba\u015farabileceklerinizi kendinize hat\u0131rlatmak, \u00f6z g\u00fcven art\u0131rmak i\u00e7in yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekenler aras\u0131nda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Olumsuz D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerin Yerine Olumlu D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceler Koyun<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Herhangi bir \u015feyi yapamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131, yapsan\u0131z da ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 varsaymak gibi olumsuz d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerin \u00f6z g\u00fcven eksikli\u011finin yans\u0131malar\u0131 oldu\u011fu do\u011fru. Fakat asl\u0131nda bu gibi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceleri tekrar ederek ve odak noktan\u0131z haline getirerek kendinize olan g\u00fcveninizi daha da azalt\u0131yor olabilirsiniz.
