Yani ki\u015finin belirli davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 yaparak rahatlamas\u0131n\u0131n ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k yaratmas\u0131 durumu olarak kabul ediliyor. Sosyal medya ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 konusunda \u00e7e\u015fitli ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar da yap\u0131l\u0131yor. ABD\u2019de yap\u0131lan bir <a href=\"https:\/\/www.calstate.edu\/csu-system\/news\/Pages\/Social-Media-Addiction.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya g\u00f6re<\/a> \u00fclkedeki insanlar\u0131n ortalama %10\u2019u sosyal medya ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131s\u0131 konumunda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sosyal Medya Ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 Neden Olur?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sosyal medyaya ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 olman\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck nedenlerinden biri \u00f6d\u00fcllendirilme arzusudur. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc hesaplar\u0131m\u0131zda video izleyerek, be\u011fenilerimize be\u011feni katarak, g\u00fcnl\u00fck sorunlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeden burada zaman ge\u00e7irerek asl\u0131nda kendimizi \u00f6d\u00fcllendiriyoruz. Ancak fazla kullanman\u0131n baz\u0131 zararlar\u0131 bulunur.
