Bu belge ile in\u015faata izin al\u0131n\u0131r.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Yap\u0131 Ruhsat\u0131 Nas\u0131l Al\u0131n\u0131r?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Projenin in\u015faata uygun oldu\u011funu belirlemek i\u00e7in proje dosyas\u0131 ve gerekli evrakla arsan\u0131n bulundu\u011fu alandaki belediyelere ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131l\u0131r. Arsa sahibinin proje yap\u0131m s\u00fcrecindeki yetkisi, projelerin b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi detaylara g\u00f6re istenilen t\u00fcm belgeler belediyelere sunulmal\u0131d\u0131r. Detaylar projeye g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015febilse de gerekli olan temel belgeler \u015funlard\u0131r:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u0130mar durumu belgesi&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>G\u00fcncel tapu&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ruhsat ba\u015fvuru dilek\u00e7esi, varsa t\u00fcm maliklerin vek\u00e2letleri ekli<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aplikasyon belgesi&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Betonarme statik proje&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Elektrik ve s\u0131hhi tesisat projesi&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gerekli m\u00fchendislik odalar\u0131ndan sicil belgeleri ( \u0130n\u015faat, Elektrik, Makine)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zemin et\u00fct raporu&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Yap\u0131 sahibi ve m\u00fcteahhidi ile ilgili belgeler&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcm belgeler topland\u0131ktan sonra yap\u0131 ruhsat\u0131 ba\u015fvurusu yap\u0131labilir. \u0130mar durum belgesi gibi yap\u0131 ruhsat\u0131 ba\u015fvurusunda da projedeki yap\u0131lara ve projenin b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne g\u00f6re ruhsat \u00fccreti \u00f6denir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Yap\u0131 Ruhsat\u0131 Ne Zaman \u00c7\u0131kar?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Yap\u0131 ruhsat\u0131 i\u00e7in gerekli belgeler yetkili birimlerle payla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra belgelerde hata veya eksik olmamas\u0131 durumunda 30 g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde in\u015faat izni al\u0131n\u0131r. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te e\u011fer belgelerde eksik varsa 15 g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde belediyeden taraf\u0131n\u0131za d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f yap\u0131larak gerekli d\u00fczenlemelerin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 talep edilir. Eksikleri tamamlad\u0131ktan sonra tekrar incelenen belgeler sonucunda arsa \u00fczerine yap\u0131 in\u015faat izni verilir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u0131nan yap\u0131 ruhsat\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcresi 5 y\u0131ld\u0131r. Projenin in\u015faat\u0131 5 y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde bitirilmelidir.
