Bu sorunu \u00e7\u00f6zmenin yolu ise stresi yok etmek de\u011fil, stresle ba\u015f etmekten ge\u00e7iyor. Stres y\u00f6netimi sayesinde stres seviyenizin y\u00fckseldi\u011fi anlarda duygular\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 kontrol alt\u0131nda tutabilir ve stresin s\u00fcrekli hale gelmesinin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ebilirsiniz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4 Ad\u0131mda Stres Y\u00f6netimi&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130\u015f hayat\u0131, evdeki sorumluluklar, insan ili\u015fkileri derken biliyoruz ki g\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015fant\u0131m\u0131zda zaten pek \u00e7ok stres kayna\u011f\u0131 mevcut.
