Bunun temel nedeni ise \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131n\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck problemlerinden biri olan mobbing.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Mobbing, i\u015f hayat\u0131nda ad\u0131n\u0131 s\u0131kl\u0131kla duydu\u011fumuz bir kavram. Peki, mobbing olarak ifade edilen davran\u0131\u015flar neler? Bu sorunun cevab\u0131n\u0131 verebilmek i\u00e7in t\u00fcm detaylar\u0131 ile mobbing kavram\u0131n\u0131 incelemekte fayda var. O halde gelin, mobbing nedir ve mobbinge maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 nas\u0131l anlar\u0131z, birlikte inceleyelim.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mobbing Nedir?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130ngilizce \u00e7ete anlam\u0131na gelen mob s\u00f6zc\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden t\u00fcretilen mobbing, i\u015f hayat\u0131nda g\u00fcvenlik ve sa\u011fl\u0131k konusunu ele alan Heinz Leymann taraf\u0131ndan ilk kez 1984 y\u0131l\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan bir kavram. Ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan da anla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczere i\u015f hayat\u0131 ile yak\u0131ndan ilgili olan bu kavram\u0131 genel olarak i\u015f yerinde uygulanan zorbal\u0131k, duygusal taciz ve y\u0131ld\u0131rma politikalar\u0131 olarak tan\u0131mlamak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6rne\u011fin bir y\u00f6neticinin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar aras\u0131nda ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k yaparak \u00f6zellikle bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fana y\u00f6nelik i\u015fini k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcmseme veya terfi olmas\u0131na engel olma gibi olumsuz davran\u0131\u015flar sergilemesi mobbing olarak de\u011ferlendirilebilir. Asl\u0131nda bu tan\u0131m sayesinde de mobbing olarak de\u011ferlendirilen davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n bir s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 \u00e7izilir. \u0130\u015f yerinde maruz kal\u0131nan bir davran\u0131\u015f\u0131n mobbing olarak de\u011ferlendirilmesi i\u00e7in \u015fu unsurlar\u0131 i\u00e7ermesi gerekir:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Davran\u0131\u015f ve tutumlar i\u015f yeri s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde veya i\u015f s\u00fcrecinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmelidir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mobbing, tek seferlik bir davran\u0131\u015f de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finden \u00f6te sistemli ve s\u00fcreklilik kazanm\u0131\u015f bir \u015fekilde uygulan\u0131r.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maruz kalan ki\u015fiyi y\u0131ld\u0131rma, pasifize etme ve i\u015ften uzakla\u015ft\u0131rma amac\u0131yla olumsuz davran\u0131\u015flar kas\u0131tl\u0131 olarak yap\u0131l\u0131r.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Yap\u0131lan psikolojik \u015fiddet sonucunda mobbing ma\u011fdurunun ki\u015fili\u011finde, mesleki durumunda veya sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda olumsuz durumlar meydana gelebilir.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ki\u015fiye y\u00f6nelik olumsuz tutum ve davran\u0131\u015flar gizli veya a\u00e7\u0131k bir \u015fekilde g\u00f6sterilebilir.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu unsurlara bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda i\u015f yerinde mobbingin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in temel olarak sistemli ve s\u00fcreklilik kazanm\u0131\u015f bir y\u0131ld\u0131rma durumunun olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6ylemek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. Belli ba\u015fl\u0131 baz\u0131 nedenleri ise \u015fu \u015fekilde s\u0131ralayabiliriz:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>G\u00fc\u00e7 m\u00fccadeleleri<\/strong>: \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131nda baz\u0131 ki\u015filerin veya gruplar\u0131n ba\u015fkalar\u0131 \u00fczerinde kontrol ve hakimiyet kurma \u00e7abalar\u0131, y\u0131ld\u0131rma davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015febilir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>K\u0131skan\u00e7l\u0131k ve rekabet:<\/strong> \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131, ba\u015fl\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131na rekabeti i\u00e7erisinde bar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131r. Ancak bu rekabet, bazen k\u0131skan\u00e7l\u0131k seviyesine ula\u015farak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n i\u015f yerlerinde mobbing davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 sergilemesine sebep olabilir.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>De\u011fi\u015fim korkusu: <\/strong>\u0130\u015f hayat\u0131nda mobbing nedenlerinden bir di\u011feri de de\u011fi\u015fim korkusudur. Belirli bir d\u00fczende devam eden bir i\u015f ve organizasyon i\u00e7in de\u011fi\u015fimler tehdit olarak alg\u0131lanabilir. Ancak unutmay\u0131n ki mobbing, bir i\u015f yerinin ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n huzuru i\u00e7in \u00f6nlem al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken b\u00fcy\u00fck bir problem.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mobbinge yani uzun s\u00fcreli bask\u0131ya maruz kalan bir ki\u015fi de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mapfre.com.tr\/blog\/yasa\/calisma-hayatinda-tukenmislik-sendromu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">t\u00fckenmi\u015flik sendromu<\/a> ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilir. Bu da s\u00fcrekli yorgunluk, i\u00e7ine kapanma, motivasyon d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi hem duygusal hem de fiziksel a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ki\u015fide olumsuz sonu\u00e7lar do\u011furabilir. Bu nedenle \u00f6zellikle i\u015fverenlerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131ndaki psikolojik tacize kar\u015f\u0131 fark\u0131ndal\u0131k kazanmalar\u0131 ve kurum i\u00e7erisinde b\u00f6yle olumsuz durumlar\u0131n olu\u015fmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6nlem almalar\u0131 olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bir \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan Olarak Mobbing ile Nas\u0131l Ba\u015fa \u00c7\u0131k\u0131l\u0131r?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>E\u011fer i\u015f yerinizde mobbinge maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorsan\u0131z \u00f6ncelikle \u201c\u0130\u015f hayat\u0131 b\u00f6yledir.\u201d diyerek normalle\u015ftirmemeye \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterin. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu durum hem i\u015f hayat\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 hem de fiziksel ve psikolojik durumunuzu olumsuz y\u00f6nde etkileyebilecek bir s\u00fcre\u00e7.
