MAPFRE considers respect for other employees as one of the essential elements of employee behavior. That is why any behavior involving harassment in the workplace, or violence or acts against human rights and dignity, leading to a disruption of peace at the workplace, negatively affecting the health, peace, trust, honor and performance of those exposed, is unacceptable.

Respect for people is a responsibility of the whole organization at a global level, and is an element of the relationship between employees, as well as between employees and customers, suppliers, business associates, and other stakeholders, regardless of the position of the persons involved. At MAPFRE, everyone is under the obligation to foster a business environment characterized by respect for human dignity.
