MAPFRE has an Ethics Committee, responsible for ensuring the implementation of the Code of Ethics and Conduct, which lays down the rules of conduct that must govern the behavior and actions among employees and their relationship with third parties, always based on mutual respect for all people they interact with; commitment to their work and to the company; responsibility, solidarity and cooperation; and integrity and respect for the law.
